For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the one people call when they need clarity, direction, or a straight answer without the fluff. Coaching has always been who I am, not just what I do. After decades of helping business owners grow and get out of their own way, I launched my coaching company in December of 2024. A year later, I made the choice to cut out anything that distracted me and commit fully to Coaching with Shannon.
My faith drives that commitment. I’m a strong Christian, and that shows up in how I lead, how I serve, and how I build strategy with every client. I believe we’re called to be diligent, intentional, and bold in the work God puts in front of us. That’s not a slogan for me. That’s how I operate.
And that’s exactly why I coach through the RISE Method. It’s the framework I use with every entrepreneur I work with.
R is for Reality. We start with the truth. What’s working, what’s not, and what you’ve been avoiding.
I is for Intentionality. Nothing grows by accident. Your habits and your actions either push you forward or keep you stuck.
S is for Strategy. Real strategy. Not wishful thinking. The plan that actually gets you where you want to go.
E is for Execution. Because a good plan means nothing if it sits in a notebook.
