About Shannon
I Help Business Owners Build a Business That Works Better Without Them Doing Everything
I work with established business owners who are tired of being the person every decision, problem, and next step comes back to. My job is to help you strengthen the way the business runs, make better decisions, and create the systems and accountability that allow you to lead instead of constantly reacting.
Why I Do This Work
I Know What It Feels Like When the Business Depends Too Much on You
I have spent years working with business owners, sales teams, networking organizations, and service companies. I have seen the same pattern over and over again. The business grows, but the owner never really gets out of the middle of everything.
Eventually, growth starts creating more pressure instead of more freedom. Decisions pile up. Team members wait for answers. Important processes stay in the owner’s head. The owner becomes the person holding everything together.
That is the work I care about most. Helping owners create clarity, stronger systems, better accountability, and a business that does not require them to personally carry every moving part.
How I Coach
The RISE Method
Good coaching is not about handing you a generic formula and telling you to follow it. We start with what is actually happening in your business, determine where you want to go, build the right strategy, and then make sure it gets implemented.
Reality
We start with an honest look at what is happening in your business right now. What is working, what is not, and where you are getting stuck.
Intentionality
We start with an honest look at what is happening in your business right now. What is working, what is not, and where you are getting stuck.
Strategy
We determine the right priorities, systems, and actions instead of trying to fix everything at once.
Execution
We turn the strategy into action, create accountability, and make sure the work actually gets done.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
Business Is Personal to Me
I believe business is built through relationships. I believe referrals matter. I believe people do their best work when expectations are clear and accountability is real. And I believe owning a business should create opportunity in your life, not consume every part of it.
My faith is also a big part of who I am and how I lead. Proverbs 3:5-6 has long been an anchor for me: trust God, seek His direction, and keep moving forward. I bring that same combination of faith, honesty, encouragement, and accountability to the business owners I coach.
